Quality, Damage & Returns Policy

Inspection on Delivery

All goods must be inspected immediately on delivery.

Any claims for:

  • Transit damage
  • Short delivery
  • Incorrect goods

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.

Claims outside this window will not be accepted.

Edge Tolerance

A 10 mm perimeter tolerance applies to all panels.

  • Cosmetic marks, chips, or defects within 10 mm of any panel edge are considered acceptable.
  • No claims will be accepted for damage or defects within this 10 mm edge margin.

This reflects standard handling and manufacturing tolerances for trade materials.

Returns

  • Returns are not accepted for non-faulty goods.
  • Goods ordered incorrectly by the buyer are not returnable.
  • Panels may show natural variation consistent with trade materials.

Faulty Goods

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed (outside the edge tolerance) CamperLite Ltd, at its discretion may:

  • Replace the affected panel(s), or
  • Issue a credit for the affected goods only

No liability is accepted for consequential costs.
