Terms & Conditions of Sale (Trade Only)

CamperLite Ltd supplies products strictly on a business-to-business basis. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are acting in the course of business.

1. Trade Supply

All sales are trade-only. Consumer protection legislation does not apply.

2. Prices

• All prices are exclusive of VAT.
• Prices shown at checkout are net of VAT.
• Quantity pricing applies automatically where advertised.

3. Orders

• Orders are accepted subject to availability.
• Full panels only. No cutting or bespoke sizing is offered.
• No minimum order quantity unless stated.

4. Payment

• Payment is required at checkout unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Title to the goods remains with CamperLite Ltd until payment is received in full.

5. Risk & Title

Risk passes to the buyer on delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses, including labour or downtime.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
