Delivery Policy

Delivery Method

• Goods are supplied via kerbside pallet delivery.
• Standard lead time: 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer must ensure:

• Suitable access for pallet vehicles
• Delivery during normal business hours
• An authorised person is available to receive the delivery

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Site closed
• No authorised recipient
• Inadequate access
• Incorrect delivery details

Any additional charges, including pallet network re-delivery fees, will be charged to the buyer.

Example: failed delivery attempts resulting in additional carrier charges are not the responsibility of CamperLite Ltd.

Delivery Dates

Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
