Customer responsibilities

• Suitable access for large delivery vehicles
  
• Safe unloading area
  
• An authorised person must be available to receive and sign for the delivery
  

Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Site closed
  
• No authorised recipient available
  
• Inadequate access
  
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
  

Any additional charges incurred (including re-delivery fees) will be passed on to the customer.

Handling & inspection

• Inspect goods on delivery before signing
  
• Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork
  
• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours, supported by photographs
